Tuesday: Special Coliving Conference
Join leading experts and industry pioneers for insightful keynotes and panel discussions around the latest of the global coliving industry. Co-Liv members and partners will unveil groundbreaking research shaping the future of shared living: Art of Co’s 2025 Coliving Report and findings from the Why Coliving? campaign coordinated by Conscious Coliving. These data-driven insights will explore market growth, occupancy trends, financial performance, and the broader impact of coliving as a sustainable housing solution.
11:00–11:25: Art of Co’s 2025 Coliving Report - Trends and insights into where coliving is in 2025, unveiling key performance indicators from today’s operators.
11:25–12:00: Why Coliving? Evidence-backed research by Conscious Coliving from the UK for why coliving is a long-term housing solution with panelists from Bridges Fund Management, Assael Architecture, HUB and Shoosmiths
12:00–12:30: Leading Operators Panel moderated by Keslea Crawford of Cutwork with panelists from Coloc Housing, Node, POHA House and La Casa.
Wednesday: Co-Liv MIPIM Connect
You are cordially invited to the networking event for shared living professionals: the Co-Liv MIPIM Connect.
From 5-8pm, real estate professionals within the coliving, BTR, flex living and hybrid hospitality will have the opportunity to mingle, exchange knowledge and meaningful conversations. Attendees include leading coliving operators, developers, investors and service providers.
