Update on Coliving Incubator Program
We started the Coliving Incubator Program to help people who wanted to build sustainable and profitable coliving businesses or take their existing coliving businesses to the next level. We officially launched on 1st August, 2024. Its been 4 months. Here is a snapshot of the platform we use for the program.
Here are some interesting updates:
Currently, 22 people and 16 companies have joined us in our journey from 9 different regions around the world.
One of the companies successfully raised $2 million and has bought the real estate to start renovations and will go live late next year.
One of the operators is operating 300+ unit operations and has to join the program to improve customer experience and expansion.
One of the participants runs the largest communities of digital nomads worldwide and has now started building coliving spaces.
5 participants in the program already have operations running, and others are on the way to start in 2025.
We have participants building coliving spaces for digital noamds, seniors, single seniors, affordable housing segments, young professionals, and more.

Co-living startup Truliv debuts in Bengaluru with nearly 1,000 beds. Adopting a cluster-based growth approach, Truliv plans to expand its operations by adding 1,500 more beds over the next 18 months, bringing its total to 2,500 beds

The concept of coliving , which has been heard so much lately in the housing market, is nothing more than renting a room with its own bathroom within a building that has common services and spaces, such as a living room or kitchen, which are shared with the rest of the tenants.
Architect Morten Nymann, partner at Loop Architects, introduces Fridlev, a groundbreaking co-living project housing 42 families.
Seattle has removed land-use restrictions on co-living housing, which refers to buildings in which residents have their own lockable living and sleeping space but share a kitchen and other facilities.
