[How to List] Your Property Can Be Live in Under 10 Minutes
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Register as an Operator Go to BookMyColiving.com and click Register. Select “I’m an Operator.” That’s it; you’re in.
Step 2: Set Up Your Company Profile Head to your Dashboard → Company Profile. Add your brand name, logo, description, specialisations, and social links. This creates your public operator page.
Step 3: Create Your First Listing Dashboard → Properties → Add New Property. The creation wizard walks you through everything:
Basic info (name, description, community type, amenities)
Location (city, neighbourhood, address, nearby info)
Rooms (add private/shared options with pricing)
Photos (upload and order your gallery)
Details (house rules, stay duration, community info)
Step 4: Submit for Review Hit “Submit for Review.” Our team reviews every listing to maintain quality. Once approved, your property goes live with its own dedicated page, appearing in search results and city pages.
